Lithium Battery and BMS Service in Huntington Beach, CA
LiFePO4 house banks and BMS wiring built and serviced for van electrical.
We install and service camper van lithium battery banks in our Yorba Linda shop. We build LiFePO4 house banks, wire the BMS, and set up DC-to-DC and shore charging so the system charges safely and reports its state. A well-built bank powers off-grid nights along the Huntington Beach coast, and we document it for insurance.

Frequently asked questions
Why switch to LiFePO4 from lead-acid?
Lithium gives far more usable capacity for the weight and space, charges faster, and lasts more cycles. For off-grid van life that means more nights out before you need shore or solar power.
Does lithium need low-temperature protection?
Yes. LiFePO4 should not charge below freezing, so we wire low-temp cutoff or self-heating batteries. Coastal nights rarely freeze, but mountain trips do.
Can you fix a BMS that keeps cutting power?
Often yes. A BMS trips on over-current, a weak cell, or a wiring fault. We test the pack and connections, find the cause, and correct it rather than just resetting it.
Will you document the bank for my insurer?
Yes. We provide photos and a spec sheet of the bank and wiring so custom electrical is on record if you ever file a claim.
